For schools

We provide specialised training and workshops in two key areas, designed for both staff and students.

  • Our comprehensive EDI programmes address critical issues surrounding gender equality, empowering individuals and organisations to cultivate environments of respect, equity, and understanding. We also offer specialised courses on crucial topics such as domestic abuse and sexual harassment.

  • We offer insightful workshops and courses designed to demystify the intricacies of UK democratic processes and structures. Our aim is to equip participants with a deeper understanding of how decisions are made, how policies are shaped, and crucially, how they can develop their own voice and agency to actively engage and participate in democratic life. Granting 16-year-olds the right to vote requires schools to implement a strong, inclusive, and progressive approach to democracy education that both informs and motivates. Our workshops and courses on democracy and civic engagement provide students with the essential knowledge, abilities, and critical understanding to navigate democratic systems, comprehend electoral procedures, and combat misinformation in the digital era.

  • We also offer bespoke training sessions for staff involved in teaching these subjects, alongside whole-school awareness of Equality and Discrimination issues.
